He is survived by: his wife Shirley Billings; his children, Charles Davis (Cassandra) of Fairmont, NC, Teresa Hargett of Fairmont, NC, Annette Billings (Ricky King) of Fayetteville, NC, Clinton Billings Jr. (Sherlonda Hurley) of Rowland, NC, Vickie Brown (Daryl) of Lumberton, NC, James Billings (Tatyana) of Clinton, IW, Arthur Davis (Wendy) of Orrum, NC and Kesha Davis of Mullins, SC; his siblings, Ray Billings of Marietta, NC, Moses (Audrey) of Winston Salem, NC, Shirley Campbell (Wesley) of Marietta, NC and Savannah Gaddy (Levy) of Fairmont, NC; his sisters-in-law, Mary Billings and Carrie Mae Campbell of Marietta, NC; and his friend Giles Campbell. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
