He was predeceased by: his parent Lelar Jacobs; his wife Vashtie Oxendine Jacobs; his children, Doris D. Maynor and Wallace Jacobs; his siblings, Loris Hail, Zula May Scott, Lenwood Jacobs, Delwood Jacobs and Jack Jacobs; his nephew Jerry Jacobs; his granddaughter Kimberly Bullard; and his great grandchild Aydon Lowry.
He is survived by: his children, Lena J. Lowry (Virgil) of Pembroke, Nicky Bullard (Garret) of Pembroke, Cliff Jacobs, Jr. (Jean) of Maxton, Jeff Jacobs (Tammy) of Pembroke, Gerald Jacobs of Fairmont and Ricky Jacobs of Fairmont; his sister Vashtie Jacobs Gilliland of Alabama; his children-in-law, Anita Kay Jacobs of Fairmont and David A. Maynor of Pembroke; and his close friends, Lisa Hunt (Ricky) and Charles McMillan of Fairmont. He is also survived by six grandchildren; forty-two great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
