He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland McIntyre Leggett Sr. and Mae Bullock Leggett; his wife Norma Lou Sealey Leggett; his daughter Kathy Rose Leggett; and his siblings, Carlos Leggett, Annie Britt, Lizzie Sealy, Esba Bennett and Katheen Bullock.
He is survived by: his son Tom Leggett; his grandchild Whiteville; and his daughters, Jenny Boaz (Mike) of Enterprise, AL, Susie Thrasher (Billy) of Clayton, NC, June Floyd (Frank) of Fairmont and Lisa Ivey (Mark) of Smithfield, NC. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
