It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlee Hunt Jacobs (Fairmont, North Carolina), who passed away on May 23, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph Jacobs; and her sister Patsy Hunt. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Sue Jacobs of Fairmont, Marilyn Jacobs Wood (Joe) of Lumberton, Don Hunt (Nora Dean) of Fairmont and Joe "Joey" Allen Jacobs; her close friend Jennifer of Fairmont; her siblings, Vernie Hunt of Rural Hall, Allen Hunt of Fairmont, Leroy Hunt of Lumberton, Willie R. Hunt of Red Springs and Jeanette Oxendine of Lumberton; and also Vicky Hayes. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
