She is survived by: her daughter Norma Jean Oxendine of Rowland, NC; her grandchildren, Norelle Oxendine of Pembroke, Cody Locklear of Pembroke and Dana Locklear of Pembroke; her great grandchildren, Bentley C. Oxendine, Timberly C. Chavis and Joshua Parnell; her siblings, Larry Oxendine of Lumberton, Lacy Oxendine, Jr. of Thomasville, Alice Jacobs of Lumberton, Retha J. Locklear of Raynham and Barbara Burckhart of High Point; and her close friend Betty Mickens. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
