He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Murray Swindell Mann, Sr.; and his son David Mann. He is survived by: his wife Betty Simmons Mann; his children, Richard Lee Mann III of Fairfield, Thomas W. Mann (Sue) of Fairfield and Darlene M.; and his sister Betty Carawan of Fairfield.
