She is survived by: her spouse Cory Fonville; her son James Burrus (Mary) of Wilson; her siblings, Della Spencer (John) of Winston Salem, NC and Dale Burrus (Valerie) of Columbia; her aunts and uncles, Gloria Burrus, Dorthy McCabe Columbia, Reatha Sykes of Washington, NC, Jimmie Burrus (Anne) of Fairfield and Kenneth Burrus (Phillisha) of Newport News, VA.; her granddaughters, Deviona and Autum Burrus of Washington, NC.; her niece Latoya Rankin of Winston Salem; and her nephew Micheaux Alexander of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by Seven great nephews and two great nieces alongwith a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
