It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Potter Ballance of Fairfield, North Carolina, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Ceymore Potter and Gaybell Marie Franks; her spouse Clen Labin Ballance; her siblings, Garnet Eric "Buddy" Potter, Norma Caroline Ballance, Phyllis Gaynell Simmons, Arlene Yvonne Griffith, Lorraine Marie Yates and Azalea Velere Mitchell; and her parents-in-law, Betty Rose Potter, Audrey Ballance, Ben Simmons, Arthur Bryan, Robert Yates, Donnie Mitchell, Kirk Ballance, Ruth B., Lindsey Sadler, Cora B., Guy Best, Joyce M. Ballance and Tommy Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Clen "Ashley" Ballance, Randall Ballance (Angela), Edmond "Keith" Ballance and Mark "Kevin" Ballance (Julie) of Columbia, SC.; her grandchildren, Randall Ballance of Fairfield, Cameron B. Tuomi (Mikko) of Dallas, TX, Kelsey B. Padgett (Zane) of Houston, TX and Matthew B. Ballance of Fort Collins, CO; her great grandchildren, Labin Ballance and Katherine M. Tuomi (Kate); her sisters, Sandra P. Bryan of Springfield, VA and Sharon P. Spencer (Graham) of Fairfield; and her brothers-in-law, Gene T. Ballance and Allan W. Ballance.
