Tuomi (Mikko) of Charlotte, NC, Kelsey B. Padgett (Zane) of Charleston, SC, Randall Ballance of Wilmington, NC and Matt Ballance of Providence; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate M. Tuomi, Sofie M. Tuomi of Charlotte, NC, Labin Ballance of Belhaven, NC and Wells Padgett of Charleston, SC.; and his aunts and uncles, Sandra P. Bryan of Springfield, VA, Sharon P. Spencer of Fairfield, NC, Joyce B. Jones of Fairfield, NC, Allan Ballance and Graham Spencer. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
