He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Merritt, Diane Smith and Walter James Ellis; his children, Jeffery Ellis of Lumberton, NC, Carolyn Worthington of Cerro Gordo, NC and Lisa Turner (Andy) of Fair Bluff, NC.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Jo, Matt, Jared, Benjamin, Shane and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Mia, McKie, Camden, Vivian and Presley Lynn.
