She was predeceased by: her father David Leslie Stone. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Turbeville; her daughter Amanda Turbeville Moore (Bud) of Fair Bluff; her mother Brenda King Stone of Smithfield; her sister Dawn Stone Smith (Bryan) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Drake Moore of Fair Bluff and Emilee Moore of Fair Bluff; and her mother-in-law Katie Dudney Turbeville of Fair Bluff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
