He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hilbourn and Ruby Roberts Hilbourn; his daughter Kelly Denise Hilbourn; and his siblings, Jerry Hilbourn, Judy Hilbourn Williamson and Marie Hilbourn Black.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Haas of Winston Salem and Johnna Grayley; and his sister Betty Hilbourn Brooks of South Carolina. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
