He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Duval Williams and Bertha Mae Williams; and his siblings, Wayne Williams and Janice Williams Batten. He is survived by: his sons, Benjie Darrel Williams (Sonia) of Cerro Gordo, Scotty Allan Williams (Rhonda Collins) of Cerro Gordo and Harris Kelton Williams, Jr. of Ocracoke; his grandchildren, Kelly Marie Williams, Bristina Nicole Sigmon (Michael), Morgan Williams Benton (Mason), Branson Williams, Brandon Riley Williams, Olivia Tinney Williams and Isabelle Grace Williams; his great grandchildren, Knoxsyn Williams and Kyler Benton; and his close friend Jackie Strickland.
