He was predeceased by: his parent Estelle Penny White; and his brother Jamie Oxendine. He is survived by: his parent Luther James White, Sr.; his wife Shelia Marie Warwick Todd of Evergreen; his children, Luther Oxendine of Rowland, Kristin White and Elizabeth White; and his siblings, Andy White of Lumberton and Lori Hinson of Bakersville, CA.
