With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Richard Hinson in Evergreen, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Hinson and Laura Hinson; his wife Dorothy; and his siblings, Melvin, Glenn, Irene, Pat and Doris.
He is survived by: his children, Alice Dickens (Mike) and Jeff Hinson (Sheri); his grandchildren, Courtney, Jenny (Jeff), Natalie, Nicole and Seth (Amber); his great grandchildren, Bryce, Mariah, Macy, Gracie, Parker, Ella, Olivia and Nicolas; his brother Don Hinson (Pat); and his sisters-in-law, Rose Davis and Nancy Kluttz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central United Methodist Church.
