It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Williamson of Evergreen, North Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse LaRue Williamson; his parents, Wilson Williamson and Lou Edwards Williamson; his children, Joyce W. Davis and Joel Roy Williamson; and his siblings, Clyde Williamson, Emma Bowen, Elsie Butler, Marlene Meares and Mary Frances Williamson.
He is survived by: his children, Sherrie W. Pelletier of Southport and Jan Dale Williamson (Deborah) of Evergreen; his sister Margaret W. Barnes of Orrum; his grandchildren, Tiffany Rising, Nicholas Williamson, Cari Hayes and Grant Pelletier; and his great grandchildren, Haley Rising, Landon Rising, Trystyn Hayes, Bella Hayes and Asher Hayes.
