She is survived by: her husband Earl Johnson "EJ" Phillips; her daughter Angie Phillips Willoughby (Tripp) of Evergreen; her brothers, Buddy Simmons (Judy) of Evergreen and Glenn Simmons (Debra) of Bladenboro; her grandson Colin Phillip Willoughby; and her close friends, Gregg and Shannon Sellers.
