He was predeceased by: his parent Frances Judson Bartley. He is survived by: his parent Jessie Strong Bartley; his wife Gail Donka Bartley of Kauneonga Lake, NY; his children, John Kelly of Maybrooke, NY, Frances B. Olivia of Sioux Falls, SD, Patricia Bartley of Honesdale, PA, John Bartley, Jr. of Monticello, NY, Tiffany Thompson of Phoenix, AR and William Bartley (Mary-Alice Burger) of Evergreen, NC; and his brother Cy Bartley of Missouri. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
