He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Lowery and Barbara Gail Lowery (Kiser). He is survived by: his wife Tammie Lowery; his children, Gary Lowery and Ashlie Simmons (Allie) of Tabor City; his sisters, Teresa Smith (Dean) of Supply, Kristi Ritenour (Steve) of Whiteville and Ginger Lawrimore (Stephen) of Conway; and his grandchildren, Caleb Buffkin, Harleigh Cox, Robert Simmons, Olivia Simmons, Dylan Wilson and Skylar Lowery.
