She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Aaron and Dorothy Elizabeth Mooring Sullivan. She is survived by: her brother Charles; her husband Jack; her children, Jack Smith, Jr (Angelia), Cynthia Smith Cuddington (Alan), Terrie Smith Braxton (Donel) and Jennifer Smith Strickland (Billy, II); and her sisters, Dorothy Sullivan Keen and Catherine "Cathy" Sullivan Neese. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
