He was predeceased by: his parents, Waverly S. Rountree and Myrtie Leigh Williams Rountree; and his sister Doris Rountree. He is survived by: his wife Addie Lassiter Rountree; his children, Leanne Thompson (Kevin) of Corapeake and Tracy Rountree of Eure; his siblings, Cleo Craddock, Diane Hendrix and Leon Rountree of Eure; and his grandchildren, Trevor Thompson of Corapeake, Kristen of Corapeake, Braeleigh of Corapeake and Taylor Thompson of Corapeake.
