He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Thomas and Yvonne Askew Howell of Eure; and his siblings, Sharon Howell Silva and Glendon Howell of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by four nieces, a great-niece, four great-nephews; and other relatives.
