He is survived by: his parent Inda Marie Powell Harrell of Eure; his wife Phyllis Ann Winslow Harrell; his children, Diana Nicole Harrell and James Douglas Harrell (Madalynn); his grandson James Wallace Harrell of Eure; his sister Cynthia Ann Harrell Jeffers of Goldsboro; his niece Christy Bumgardener (Kyle); and his great-nephews, Avery of Willow Spring and Levi of Willow Spring.
