He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Howard Carter and Eula Faye Stewart Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Jackson (Charles), Pamela Sprague and Larry Carter (Theresa); and his nieces, Sarah Sprague, Lindsey Sprague Crabtree and Carly Jackson Hensler.
