He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herman and Flossie Justice. He is survived by: his siblings, Jacqueline "Jackie" King of Brevard, Sandra "Sandy" Anness of Etowah and Phillip "Phil" Justice of Dana; and his nieces and nephews, Cynthia Goheen, Michael King, Eric King, Lynn Pace, Mark Justice, Tonya Case, Greta Gosnell and Tim Cantrell.
