He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Raynor and Myrtle Raynor; his daughter Wanda Smiley; and his siblings, Linda McCaskill, Martha Johnson and Ralph West (Juanita).
He is survived by: his wife Gereatha West; his daughter Donna West of Winnabow, NC; his sisters, Mary Cornwall (Raleigh) of Arkansas and Delores Raynor (Jack) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Brian Ogletree, Amy of Benson, Lisa Powell (Daniel) of Wake Forest, Angela Faircloth of Erwin, Jessica Jones (Jon) of Newbern, Erica Putnam (Jonathon) of Erwin and Kenneth Turner (Brittany) of Arizona; his great grandchildren, Anslee Putnam, Cameron Jones, Cayden Jones, Addison Jones, Gavin Jones, Tyler Overby, Jayce Ogletree, Kailey Stoltenborg, Isabella Stoltenborg, Ace Turner and Hayden Loch; and his brother-in-law Mac McCaskill.
