He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Lou Everette Fisher; his son William Dustin Fisher; and his parents-in-law, Vira Hope Pope and Mack Pope, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Melody Pope Fisher; his daughter Laresa Miller (Tracy Miller) of Bunnlevel; his grandchildren, Searria Fisher and Reid Miller; and his brother Ray Fisher (Carol) of Erwin. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
