It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne G. Avery (Erwin, North Carolina), who passed away on July 30, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey G. Avery and Ethel T. Avery; and his siblings, Jessie Evans, Glen "Junior" Avery and Preston M. Avery.
He is survived by: his wife Mary P. Avery; his sons, Rickey Avery (Lynnette) of Erwin and Glenn Avery (Leslie); his siblings, Robert F. Avery of Dunn and Delores Royals of Erwin; his grandchildren, Chris Avery (Polina), Jessica Dale (Robert), Rhianna Vadukul (Nish), Derek Avery (Maria) and Aaron Avery; his stepgrandchildren, Dillon Sills and Lance Poole; his great grandchildren, Ethan Avery, Lee Giles, Asher Avery, Avery Giles, Bellarose Giles and Alora Vadukul; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Raylee and Madilyn Sills.
