Staton (Angela) of Lillington and Antonio Staton of Bunnlevel; his siblings, Lewis Staton (Joyce) of Lillington, Larry Staton (Georgia) of Lillington, Alton Staton (Rose) of Fuquay-Varina, Sherrill Staton (Debbie) of Willow Spring, Raymond Staton (Louise) of Fuquay-Varina, James Daymon of Petersburg, Florida, Carolyn Gilchrist of Fuquay-Varina, Annie Staton of Raleigh, Elsie Staton of Coats and Glenda Staton of Benson; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Staton, Velma Thomas and Lois McLean (Leon). He was also cherished by thirty-four great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
