He is survived by: his wife Carrie Blue; his mother Patricia Whitaker of Milwaukee, WI; his children, Chris Howard of Pembroke, GA, Cordero Blue of Benson and Hayley Blue of Raleigh; his siblings, Tanya Whitaker of Milwaukee, WI, Gladney Whitaker of Iowa, Thaxter Whitaker of Milwaukee, WI, Ty Whitaker of Milwaukee, WI and Craig Berry of Milwaukee, WI; his siblings-in-law, Erica Berry of Dunn, Denise Whitaker of Dunn, Tiffany Whitaker of Dunn, Ann Dozier (Eric) of Dunn, Brian Blue of Charlotte and Kenny Boggs of Pittsboro; and his grandchildren, Skylar and Maverick Blue. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, following the facility's guidelines for entrance, capacity, and social distancing.
