With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Elaine Hudson House (Erwin, North Carolina), born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tate Hudson and Nettie Core Hudson; her husband Ervin Lester House; and her siblings, Arnold Hudson and Maebelle Hudson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet West (Tommy) of Newport and Kathy Combs of Erwin; her brother Allman Hudson (Helen) of Erwin; her grandchildren, Jeff West, Michael Combs (Amy) and Afton Combs (Jake); her great grandchildren, Hannah Combs, Zia Combs, Merrick Combs and Ember Combs; and her sister-in-law Judith Hudson of Garner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
