He was predeceased by: his parents, Lendon Jackson and Ada Jackson (Lois Jackson); and his daughter Gail Hemp. He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Parker of Dunn, Robin Hobbs of Fayetteville and Judy Pate (Barry) of Myrtle Beach; and his grandchildren, John Parker (Amber), Kelly Blackman (Paul), Beth Ray (Terry), Lauren Hobbs, Bradley Pate, Brian Pate (Cooper) and Britt Pate (Ashtan). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Due to NC COVID Law masks are required at all times and social distancing measures are to be practiced during all services of West and Dunn Funeral Homes, Inc. Services have been entrusted to West and Dunn Funeral Home of Erwin, NC.
