He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Bradshaw and Claudia McCullen Bradshaw; and his wife Holly Bradshaw. He is survived by: his children, Shelia Stoltz, Amanda Thornton, Roy Wesley Bradshaw, Victoria Bradshaw and Suzanne Bradshaw; his sister Joanne Bradshaw; and his grandchildren, Edward Strickland, Travis Strickland, Jackson Bradshaw, Jeffery Phillips, Robert Stoltz, Lori Jo Stoltz, Ashley Bradshaw, Memory Thornton and Daniel Lambert.
