He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Liles (Derrick) of Coats and William Blue of Dunn; his great great grandchild Kaiden; his siblings, Richard Perry (Marian) of Raleigh, Hattie Smith (Jerry) of Benson and Gussie McLean (Donnie) of Selma; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel Blue of Erwin, Gary Blue of Fayetteville, Arabelle Chavis of Fayetteville, Gloria Barnes of Raeford, Sandra Spann (Albert) of Spring Lake, Sherry Harrington (Chris) of Spring Lake and Lena Mae Perry of Raleigh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and special friends.
The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 2:30 pm at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, following the facility's guidelines for entrance, capacity and social distancing.
