He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmond Haire and Winifred Barbour Haire; and his brother Eldridge Devon Haire. He is survived by: his brother Rev. Donald R. Haire, Sr. (Judy); and his sister-in-law Heather Haire of Coats. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with current NC COVID19 Guidelines, a public viewing will be held from 11a. m. – 1 p. m., Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Skinner & Smith Funeral Home.
