It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Lloyd Jr. of Erwin, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Godwin Lloyd; his parents, Aster Snipes and Willard Snipes; and his son Larry Phelps. He is survived by: his children, David Phelps (Penny) of Erwin, Rhonda Kinsey of Walnut Grove, NC and Todd Phelps of Erwin; and his granddaughters, Tracy Hartman (J. D.) of Lillington and Krystal Parker (Randy) of Erwin. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
