It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie McNeill (Erwin, North Carolina), who passed away on September 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Douglas Atwater (Jeanette) of Durham, Sheila Brown and Christy Lawrence of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Shyannah of Chapel Hill and Skylar of Chapel Hill; and her son-in-law Douglas Atwater, Sr. of Chapel Hill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 12 Noon at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, with masks required and following the facility's guidelines for entrance, capacity, and social distancing.
