It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Allen Vann (Erwin, North Carolina), who passed away on October 22, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Vann; and his half-brother Joseph Vann. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Vann; his children, Michael Vann (Christy Reason) of Stantonsburg, Jonathan Vann (Billie) of Erwin and Angela Tyndall (Tony) of Erwin; his siblings, Jackie Vann (Sue) of Benson and Jane Ziamanesh (Ali) of Va; and his grandchildren, Tyler Tyndall, Lynwood Mims, Anna Marie Tyndall, Gracie Vann, Troy Vann, Caroline Vann, Nathan Vann and Lynsey Reason.
