She is survived by: her children, Dale Hammond (Kay) of Chapel Hill and Donna Souders (Joe) of Garner; her grandchildren, Phillip Hammond (Sadie) of Brown Summit and Rylan Souders of Garner; her great grandchildren, Lauren and Lydia Hammond; and her sister Eunice Hammond of Clayton.
