He is survived by: his children, Sarah V. McDougald, Sandra L. Evans (Thomas) of Sanford, Brenda McKoy (Larry) of Dunn, Larry M. McDougald of Ventura, Walter Jr., Charles McKoy (Dot) and Marion Jones (Linda) of Erwin; and his siblings, Barbara J. McKinno of Benson and Myles McDougald (Dorothy) of Benson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
