She was predeceased by: her husband Burton Nordan; her daughter Evelyn Lee; and her siblings, Edward Smith, Bobby Smith, Willie Smith, Jimmy Smith, Lib Lawerence, Adlene Matthews and Jackie Pearce.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn West of Lillington and William Dean of Lillington; her sister Linda Bryant of Fuquay-Varina; and also, James West of Lillington and Brenda Dean of Lillington. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
