He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie "Bud" Williford and Oleta Jernigan Williford; his brothers, Archie Glenn Williford and Billy Harold Williford; and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Williford, William Hardee and Lloyd Edwards.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil "Dick" Williford of Benson, Jerry Williford (Faye) of Dunn, Ellen Edwards of Smithfield and Sue Hardee of Erwin; his sister-in-law Rebecca Williford of Coats; and his close friend Rebecca Dodd of Erwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
