He is survived by: his wife Lottie Ruth Weaver West; his son Phil West; his grandchildren, Michelle W. Harrelson and Loman Cephus Coats; his great grandchildren, Rayce Harrelson, Jake Harrelson and Wayne Coats; and his great great grandchildren, Dallas, Emma and Wyatt Coats.
