She is survived by: her children, Harry McNeill (Pam) of Northridge, CA., Kenneth Bell (Leticia) of San Diego, CA., Lawrence Bell of Erwin, Elder Sylvia Hicks (Lee Von) of Erwin and Margaret Bell of Raleigh; her great grandchild Chassiti Rogers; and her brothers, George McNeill (Delores) of Charlotte and James McNeill of Virginia. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 29 great grand children; 7 great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
