He is survived by: his wife Ellen Avery Blanchard; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Brent Brewbaker; his son Ricky; his daughter-in-law Sandy Wade; his grandchildren, Kevin Wade and Alicia; his pet Zack; his sisters, Jeannette Raybon (Shane) of Albemarle, NC and Margaret Jamison (Steve) of Gilbertsville, KY.; and his caregiver Emily Blevins. He is also survived by his 6 nephews, and 3 nieces.
