He is survived by: his children, Yolonda S. Pullen of Baltimore and Fred D. Pullen Jr. (Medra) of Baltimore, MD.; his grandchildren, Kevin J. Newman of Baltimore, MD, Fred D. Pullen, Jordan A. Pullen and Taliah M. Pullen of Baltimore, MD; his great grandchildren, Kai J. Newman of Baltimore, MD, Kaleb Pullen, Kylin Pullen of Angier and Christian D. Newman of Baltimore, MD; his goddaughters, Tina Smith of Erwin and Timeka Burns (Carlton) of Baltimore, MD; his brother Charles Pullen (Bonnie) of Baltimore, MD; his siblings-in-law, Virginia Chance of Linden, Beatrice Chance of Fayetteville, Magnolia Ray of Erwin, Geraldine McNeill (Alphonza) of Fayetteville, Dorothy McKoy (Reuben) of Erwin, Idella McNeill of Baltimore, MD, Mabel McNeill of Baltimore, MD, Carlotta McNeill of Baltimore, MD and Larry McNeill of Raleigh; and his siblings, Brenda Patton, Roy Williams, Gary Williams, Wayne Williams, Haywood Williams and Christopher Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, following the facility's guidelines for entrance, capacity, and social distancing.
