She is survived by: her husband Carl A. McNeill; her daughters, Katina Maurici (Peter) of Erwin and Dana Avery of Erwin; and her siblings, Evangelist Carolyn Surles (Pastor Larry) of Coats, Gloria Avery of Wake Forest, Daphine Avery of Fuquay-Varina, Charles Avery of Dunn, Cleveland Avery of Dunn, Joseph Avery (Gladys) of Dunn and Robert Avery of Benson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
