It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Smith Beasley (Erwin, North Carolina), who passed away on November 14, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Henry J. Smith; her husband Roland Beasley; and her sons, Kenny Wallace and Billy Wallace. She is survived by: her parent Effie L. Jones Smith; her grandchildren, Crystal Franklin (Bert) of Lillington and Dustin Wallace (Amber) of Erwin; her great grandchildren, Tucker Sturtz, Colby Sturtz, Landon Wallace and Chase Wallace; and her siblings, Marie Parson (David) of Dunn, James Smith (Phebie) of Erwin and Carl Smith (Elaine) of Erwin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
