He was predeceased by: his grandmother Elsie Jane Herring. He is survived by: his father James Earl Herring; his stepmother Sandi of Lillington; his grandfather Earl Herring of Erwin; and his brothers, Derek Earl Herring of Erwin and Alexander Herring of Troy, NY. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
