He was predeceased by: his father Cyrus Bowman Carter Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Willa Dean Parrish of Erwin, NC; his sister Cindy Raynor of Newton Grove; and his children, Cyrus Bowman Carter III, Christie Eve Carter, Samuel Adam Carter and Jonathan Paul Carter.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home (401 W Cumberland St, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
